India: Mercury remediation level fixed at a former
thermometer factory at 20 mg/kg
This surprising target level was agreed despite activists aiming for 6.6 mg/kg, which also seems rather high to me.  I wonder what the risk basis for either level 
was... The expert argument was 'the recommended remediation value of 20 mg/kg for the site was far less than the Dutch intervention value of 36 mg/kg and “thus has
