Glossary entry:Stabilised waste (partially stabilised)
Meaning in EUGRIS: a waste which displayed one or more of the hazardous properties of Annex III of Directive 91/689/EEC, which underwent a stabilisation process after which it still possesses some of the hazardous characteristics plus the property H13 - substances and preparations capable by means, after disposal, of yielding another substance, e.g. leachate which possesses any of the hazardous characteristics (and hazardous constituents that could be released into the environment in short, middle or long term)
