Short description: The aim of this document is to review a selection of current methods / approaches / research in the area of modelling land-use change with a view to describing their: • Formulation. • Data requirements. • Previous application and utility for (water resources) policy support. From this review a set of questions, issues and implications to be discussed regarding the use of land-use models for SCAPT will be detailed along with some tentative methodological recommendations. The whole document is intended to act as an information resource and pointer to the literature. The literature covered is not complete and exhaustive but hopefully is relevant to our needs.
