Organisation Outline:
The Improvement & Development Agency aims to transform local government through a range of improvement and development programmes and initiatives. Research,
and the use of research to support improvement in services, plays a key role in identifying and sharing good practice. The agency supports councils across a
wide range of service and corporate areas. Its priorities for the next three years are e-government, leadership, capacity building, improving council services
and comminity wellbeing.
