General

Users of this site represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years of age and that all information that they submit is true and accurate. EUGRIS does not send out SPAM, (sometimes known as unsolicited emails), nor are our servers being used to send out SPAM. SPAM attributed to eugris.org or eugris.info originates from viruses such as W32.Sobig.F which are mass-mailing worms that send themselves to all the email addresses that they find on a host's system. These emails typically use fake FROM addresses. These addresses are arbitrarily picked from the internet and unfortunately they occasionally use the domains eugris.org or eugris.info.

Commercial bulk e-mail organisations (spammers) also use fake FROM address in order to circumvent anti-spam software.

By using this site or submitting your email addresses users accept that there is a possibility that users may receive SPAM, and that at present there is nothing EUGRIS or its ISP can do about this. Users further agree not use any information posted on the web site to send SPAM.

EUGRIS web site producers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.  All such changes shall take effect once they have been posted on the web site and users will have be deemed to have accepted any such changes by their use of the web site from such time.

Each provision of these terms and conditions shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the validity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other part.
