Publicly-owned establishment The Western Rhone-Alps. The EPORA is a land publicly-owned establishment of State, created by ministerial decree in 1998 (they 
are five in France). The EPORA aims at the recycling of the land one: grounds are bought to be demolished or requalified. A broad place is thus devoted to the industrial 
waste lands.
