Organisation Outline:
The Publicly-owned establishment of Normandie is a land publicly-owned establishment, created by decree of April 26, 1968, to facilitate the installation
of Normandie Region. While carrying out real and land operations, with the support of the projects of installation of the communities, publicly-owned establishments
and of the State. The EPFN is a reducer of uncertainty: its intervention makes it possible the community to anticipate and control at a cost known in advance the
