Organisation Outline:
Land and real estate engineering at the service of urban strategies
In order to ensure a better command of land at the service of the urban project
All the urban policies set forth by local authorities have a common point which often conditions their success: the proper command of the spaces necessary for the concrete realization of these politics in terms of real-estate.
In light of the evolutions in the economical, social and institutional context, mastering these spaces no longer just entails buying the land for the future. The specificity of urban projects, the diversity and the number of participating actors, implies each time a specific approach and a particular definition of land strategy.

Development trades at the service of implementing urban projects
In order to implement development and planning projects
The AFTRP offers each community the best adapted means for implementing an identified urban project on its territory. Stemming from a shared diagnosis of the situation for a specific district, the AFTRP defines, in agreement with the community, all the programmed elements of the project, making sure all along the study phase that they are in keeping with public agreement conditions, urban quality and economical feasibility. A study convention of feasibility or of studying mandate generally precedes the signature of a public development convention.
If the development of the Île-de-France region still requires opening onto urbanizing new spaces, the AFTRP fully abides by the policy of an urban renewal by intervening more and more on already urbanized sites (industrial wastelands, blighted living areas, etc...)
