Long Description:
The need of research resulting from the tasks of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety is annually defined in a Environmental Research Plan (UFOPLAN). The budget and it’s purpose is defined each year. Therefore the durationn of programme is given only for 1 year. An overview of UFOPLAN 2004 is found under the web link below or can be requested from the Ministry (Referat Z II 2, 11055 Berlin).
The tender action is carried out by three Federal agencies: The Federal Environmental Agency (UBA), The Federal Agency for Nature Conservation (BfN) and The Federal Office for Radiation Protection (BfS) and they are contact points for questions related to UFOPLAN 2004. The Federal Environmental Agency (UBA) is among other things responsible in the field of soil protection and contamination.
