Wales. Their land reclamation programme provides grant aid and advice to local authorities and private developers for the clearance and recycling of derelict 
land and brownfield sites. Under the 'Environmental Goods and Services' initiative businesses involved in environmental products, systems and services 
(e.g. land remediation, environmental instrumentation and monitoring), can get advice and small grants.
