Management options are described. Three basic types of risk management scenarios, which are focussed at different parts of the source-path-receptor chain, are taken into account to observe differences in the long-term effec-tiveness in terms of risk reduction. The results presented here will contribute to un-derstand the long-term effectiveness of these three basic risk management scenar-ios.
