This contribution introduces DSS prototype developed in the framework of TRANSCAT project exactly within work package 3 (WP3) – Requirement Specifications. Our effort is to understand user needs and comply with proposed objectives of TRANSCAT project. The prototype of the DSS promotes involvement of users to the project, helps with understanding of their requirements, allows us to demonstrate system operation, and assists with verification of conception and functionality of future real system.
