The primary goal of the report is the provision of guidance for the
management of sustainable brownfield projects and the skills necessary for
its achievement.
The first objective is to illustrate organisational structures for the management of
sustainable brownfield redevelopment projects. The second is to provide
qualification criteria for project managers. The third is the presentation of
recommendations and specific tools for sustainable brownfield management.
