Short description:

A consultation paper outlining the Departments proposals for introducing Regulations to transpose part of the requirements of Directive 85/337/EEC, as amended by Directive 97/11/EC. These Regulations will implement the Directives in so far as they may apply to certain water management projects in agriculture, including irrigation.
