The European Commission has now released a document providing the proposed guidance on the rules of participation in the forthcoming Framework Programme 7, defining the administrative, legal and financial implementation framework for FP7. Several refinements and simplifications in comparison with previous Framework programmes. The proposal is now subject to approval and adoption by the European Parliament and Council
