Soil Maps are grouped by Country and allow the public user to select one of the 129 Countries and Download any of the 5665 Soil Maps. Also 384 Soil Maps in Continent Coverage are available. All the maps have been produced in the Context of the European Soil Digital Archive of Soil Maps .
A collection of scanned soil maps is available. The immediate objective is to transfer soil information into digital format, with the maximum resolution possible, to preserve the information of paper maps that are vulnerable to deterioration.
