The Water Framework Directive Information Centre has been established at the Foundation for Water Research and is a central source of information about the Directive.
It helps interested parties understand what the Directive involves and raises awareness of how it will lead to an even cleaner and healthier water environment.
The objective is to complement the activities of the key organisations who are closely involved in the implementation of the Directive.
