This site provides guidance and application forms for English Local Authorities to apply for funding under the Contaminated Land Capital Projects Programme 2004-5.
This programme if for Borough, District, Unitary authorities and County Councils, but is also open to any authority covered by section 23 of the Local Government Act 2003 with responsibilities for contaminated land under Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
