Service of the Prime Minister, the interdepartmental Delegation with the installation and the competitiveness of territories (DIACT) is the heiress of the Delegation to the regional planning and the regional action (DATAR). It is charged to prepare and implemen the orientations of the national policy of regional planning, in particular through the decisions taken in interdepartmental Committee of installation and competitiveness of the territories (CIACT, ex interdepartmental Comittee of installation and development of the territory, CIADT).
