Liverpool City Council’s Environmental Protection Unit has recently-revised its Developer & Consultant’s Guide (since its last publication in 2008) with respect to the assessment of potentially-contaminated land, setting out consistent and transparent requirements relating to planning application submissions.
This document accounts for changes made to technical guidance and complements our recent Validation Guidance note and Gas Protection Validation Proforma.
