Short description: The goal of the PAEQANN project was to propose a set of tools for water management and water policies, based on advanced modelling techniques, in order to allow to easily assessing ecological quality and perturbations of stream ecosystems under natural and anthropogenic disturbances. The long term aim was to help to define strategies for conservation and restoration, compatible with local and regional development and supported by a strong scientific background. This report gives guidance on the use of the tools as developed.
