EUGRIS is a web portal offering information and services on topics related to soil and water. EUGRIS operates as a community of collaborating projects, people and organisations who co-operate to supply information for the benefit of everyone and also to promote themselves and disseminate their work. (>> more << ). EUGRIS began as a project supported by the European Commission under the Fifth Framework Programme and other supporters.

EUGRIS will be replaced during April 2025 by a new web resource: contaminatedland.info.

EUGRIS was first rolled out in 2005 and is now showing its age in terms of content and function.
