EUGRIS does not send out SPAM, (sometimes known as unsolicited emails), nor are our servers being used to send out SPAM. SPAM attributed to eugris.org or eugris.info originates from viruses such as W32.Sobig.F which are mass-mailing worms that send themselves to all the email addresses that they find on a host's system. These emails typically use fake FROM addresses. These addresses are arbitrarily picked from the internet and unfortunately they occasionally use the domains eugris.org or eugris.info.
Commercial bulk e-mail organisations (spammers) also use fake FROM address in order to circumvent anti-spam software.
By using this site or submitting your email addresses users accept that there is a possibility that users may receive SPAM, and that at present there is nothing EUGRIS or its ISP can do about this. Users further agree not use any information posted on the web site to send SPAM.
