Long description: The purpose of this guide is to assist those involved in construction works including remediation and building on greenfield and brownfield sites in determining whether or not they are handling waste and if so their legal obligations. This guide has been developed as part of the work being undertaken by the government sponsored Remediation Licensing Task Force.
